Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless
the context requires otherwise:
- "juan357", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the juan357 platform and its operating entity, providing online gaming and sports betting services accessible at juan357.co.
- "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the juan357 platform in any capacity.
- "Platform" — refers to the juan357 website, mobile interface, game systems, betting systems, payment systems, and any related digital services operated under the juan357 brand.
- "Account" — refers to the individual registered player account created upon completion of the juan357 registration process.
- "Balance" — refers to the real-money funds denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) held within a player's juan357 account at any given time.
- "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits granted by juan357 subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, distinct from real-money Balance.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification process required for withdrawal processing and account security.
- "PAGCOR" — Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "Wager" — any real-money bet placed using Account Balance on any game, live table, sports market, or other product available on the Platform.
§2
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the juan357 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any
Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally
bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute
a binding legal agreement between you and juan357.
If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately
cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform
after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all products and services
available on the juan357 Platform, including live dealer games, slot machines,
sabong betting, sports wagering, bingo, fishing games, and any bonuses or
promotions offered from time to time.

Eligibility
Access to and use of the juan357 Platform is subject to the following
eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of
registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated or recognized by juan357 or PAGCOR.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any person employed by juan357 or its affiliated gaming suppliers.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not have had a previous juan357 Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
juan357 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility
at any time. Accounts created by ineligible individuals, including those
below the age of 21, will be closed immediately and all funds handled in
accordance with applicable law and regulatory requirements.

Account Registration
To access real-money games and services on the juan357 Platform, you must
create a registered Account. Account registration is subject to the
following conditions:
- Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. juan357 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.
- You must notify juan357 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.
- Account registration must be completed by the individual who will use the Account. Registration on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- juan357 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
Duplicate Accounts: Where juan357 identifies multiple accounts
belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be suspended.
Balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited after investigation
and are subject to regulatory reporting obligations.
§5
Identity Verification (KYC)
juan357 is required to verify the identity of players in accordance with
anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements.
Identity verification is a mandatory prerequisite for the processing of any
withdrawal from your Account.
The standard KYC documentation required includes:
- A valid, government-issued photo identification document (passport, driver's license, Philippine national ID, SSS ID, or equivalent).
- A clear selfie photograph taken while holding the submitted ID document.
- Proof of payment method ownership for each deposit method used (e.g., screenshot of GCash account in your name).
- Additional documentation may be requested at juan357's discretion for enhanced due diligence purposes.
juan357 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing
pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts where identity cannot be
satisfactorily verified may be closed and balances handled in accordance
with regulatory requirements.
§6
Deposits & Payments
All Account Balances at juan357 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Deposits are accepted via the following payment methods, subject to applicable
minimum and maximum transaction limits:

- Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the juan357 Account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- juan357 does not charge fees on deposits via GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfer fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player and will be determined by the Player's banking institution.
- juan357 reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder's own payment method.
- Deposits credited to your Account in error must be reported to support immediately. Wagering on erroneously credited funds does not constitute a right to retain winnings derived from such funds.
§7
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of real-money Balance subject to the following
conditions:
- KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless that method does not support outgoing transfers, in which case an alternative verified method may be used.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform.
- Any active Bonus Funds wagering requirements must be completed or the relevant Bonus Funds forfeited before real-money Balance can be withdrawn.
- juan357 may delay withdrawal processing pending completion of AML checks or fraud review. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is under review.
- juan357 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal request at its discretion.
Withdrawal timelines: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals approved
after KYC are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals
may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
§8
Bonuses & Promotions
juan357 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses,
free spins, and other time-limited offers. All promotions are subject to
the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms
communicated at the point of each offer:
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Account, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
- Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable real-money Balance.
- Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits for each promotion are specified on the relevant promotion page and are considered part of these Terms for that promotion.
- juan357 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be permitted to complete any existing wagering requirements under the original terms.
- Exploiting bonus structures through systematic play patterns, use of multiple accounts, or coordination with other players constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
- Self-excluded or voluntarily suspended Accounts are not eligible to participate in promotions during the exclusion period.
§9
Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the juan357 Platform operate according to the specific
rules published for each game title within the Platform. Players are responsible
for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.
- All slot, RNG table, and arcade game outcomes are generated by independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software. Game outcomes are not influenced by juan357 after the RNG certification is in place.
- Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game mechanics (cards, wheels, dice) operated by professional dealers under live streaming conditions. juan357 does not control live dealer game outcomes beyond the selection of certified game providers.
- In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during an active Wager, the round in question may be voided and the relevant stake returned to the Player's Balance. juan357's determination on voided rounds is final.
- juan357 reserves the right to void any Wager where there is reasonable evidence of collusion, exploitation of a software error, or manipulation of game systems.
- Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session or within any specific number of rounds.
§10
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juan357 Platform.
Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account
suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place Wagers.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer environments.
- Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform's software.
- Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates Philippine AML law.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized payment reversal.
- Sharing Account credentials with or allowing access by any third party.
- Using funds obtained through illegal activity to fund an Account or place Wagers.
§11
Account Suspension & Closure
juan357 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any
Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Instruction or order from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
- Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
- Player's voluntary request to close the Account.
Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, juan357 will
communicate with the affected Player within a reasonable timeframe.
Where an Account is closed for breach of Terms, any Balance remaining
will be handled in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.
§12
Responsible Gaming
juan357 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment consistent
with PAGCOR guidelines. The following responsible gaming tools are available
to all Account holders at no cost:
- Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
- Loss Limits — set limits on the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
- Session Time Limits — configure reminders or automatic logouts after a specified session duration.
- Self-Exclusion — voluntarily suspend your Account for a fixed period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinitely). During a self-exclusion period, the Account cannot be used to place Wagers and no promotional materials will be directed to the Account.
- Reality Checks — receive periodic pop-up notifications during gaming sessions showing time played and net win/loss position.

immediately closed and all funds returned to the deposit source.
§13
Intellectual Property
All content on the juan357 Platform — including but not limited to the
brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images,
audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of juan357 or its
licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform without express written permission from juan357.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by juan357 and its licensors.
§14
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan357
limits its liability as follows:
- juan357 is not liable for any loss of winnings, data, or profits, nor for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- juan357 is not responsible for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or circumstances outside juan357's reasonable control.
- juan357's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits juan357's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Platform and its services are provided "as is" and "as available."
juan357 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or free from malicious software, and does not make any
representations regarding the suitability of any game for any particular purpose.
§15
Privacy & Data
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information
by juan357 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these
Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an Account, you consent
to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
juan357 collects and processes personal data in compliance with the
Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and
its implementing rules and regulations. You may review our full

§16
Amendments to Terms
juan357 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, juan357 will provide
reasonable notice to registered Players via email or on-Platform notification
prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment
constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the
amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure
before the effective date of the amendment.
The current version of these Terms, with the "Last Updated" date shown at
the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions and governs your
current use of the Platform.
§17
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its
conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms
or your use of the juan357 Platform — including any question regarding the
existence, validity, or termination of these Terms — shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
juan357 operates within the gaming regulatory framework administered by PAGCOR.
Player complaints relating to regulated gaming conduct may also be directed
to PAGCOR through its established complaint resolution procedures.
